The result was revised on 26 July 2024 after the Supreme Court-directed re-evaluation of one physics question; the qualifying ranges and qualified count above are the final revised figures, read off NTA's retrospective 2023-2024-2025 comparison table in its 14.06.2025 NEET(UG)-2025 result press release (2024's own revised-result notice wasn't found archived).

The percentile is fixed by the NMC and does not change; the marks are whatever that percentile fell at in this paper. Qualifying makes a candidate eligible for counselling — it is not a seat.
