These terms govern your use of NEETLogic (https://neetlogic.in). By creating an account or buying anything here, you agree to them.

The service

NEETLogic is an independent self-study resource for the NEET (UG). We are not affiliated with NTA or NMC, and we do not guarantee any examination outcome.

Accounts

You need an account to track progress, attempt mock tests and access purchased material. Keep your credentials to yourself: one account is for one person, and we may suspend accounts that are shared or used to redistribute paid content.

Purchases and access

Packs are one-time purchases processed by a third-party payment provider; we never see your card or UPI details. Access runs for the validity stated at purchase — currently one exam cycle, ending a short way after the next sitting, and renewable. Refunds are governed by our refund policy. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Content and licence

Notes, solved questions and mock tests are our own work. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation — not to copy, resell, scrape or republish them. Embedded video lectures belong to their respective YouTube creators; they are linked, never re-hosted, and are always free on this site.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass the paywall, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to extract content. We may suspend access for abuse; where a suspension follows a genuine breach, fees are not refundable.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
