Refund policy

Every paid pack on NEETLogic is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase. You do not need to justify the decision beyond telling us you were not satisfied.

What can be refunded

All packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no recurring charge to cancel and nothing renews, so a refund is the only thing you would ever need to ask for.

A purchase qualifies for a full refund if both of the following are true:

The second condition is the only limit, and it exists for one reason: a full timed paper is the part of a pack that cannot be un-seen. Everything else — the notes, the solved previous-year questions, the worked solutions — you may read as much of as you like inside the window and still ask for the money back.

How to ask

Email from the address you used to buy, and say which pack you want refunded. That is the whole process — there is no form to fill in and no queue to join. If you no longer have access to that address, write from any address and tell us the approximate date and amount of the payment so we can find it.

What happens next

Refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment provider. The money typically appears within 5–7 working days of the refund being issued; the exact timing is set by your bank or card issuer rather than by us.

Access granted by the purchase ends when the refund is issued. Anything on the site that was free before you bought — the whole syllabus map, every video lecture, the free chapters, questions and mocks — stays free afterwards. A refund removes what you paid for, not your account.

If something has gone wrong

If you were charged twice, charged for a pack you already own, or paid and did not receive access, that is a billing mistake rather than a refund request. Email and say what happened — write in even if the 7 days have passed, because correcting an error we made is a different thing from the policy above.

Questions about the policy itself can go to the same address. Our terms and privacy policy cover everything else.
