Solution

For an ideal transformer $\frac{V _{S}}{V _{P}} = \frac{N _{S}}{N _{P}}$ . With $\frac{N _{P}}{N _{S}} = \frac{1}{2}$ , $\frac{V _{S}}{V _{P}} = 2$ , i.e. $2 : 1$ .
